Proposing Dreams is a team of experienced, down-to-earth planners with a heart for weddings and special events. Founded in 2003 by owner and lead coordinator Sabrina Torti, the company was built on a love of logistics, a talent for putting people at ease, and a commitment to making every celebration feel "like a dream".
What started as a passion project quickly grew into one of St. Louis’ most respected planning firms. With well over 500 events behind us, we’ve seen it all—and handled it with grace. Our clients appreciate our calm presence, clear communication, and ability to balance fun with flawless execution.
