SELECTION PROCESS
Off White - The Wedding Show is a curated event aimed to create an intimate experience for both couples & vendors alike. To ensure this vibe, we accept a limited number of vendors per category. Selections are made based on diversity, unique products & services, and price range all while considering overall capacity within the hosting venue space. Applicants not chosen for the event are encouraged to participate via the Swag Bag Sponsorship.
DEADLINES
EARLY ACCEPTANCE: apply by October 21, 2025
Acceptance notifications sent on October 22, 2025
Contract & payment due by October 28, 2025
OPEN APPLICATION CALL: through January 15 or until full
contract & payment due within one week of acceptance

Growing a business is hard. Especially at the beginning. Trust me, I get it.
The Wedding Show is where I launched my planning & design company, Altar’d Events, more than a decade ago. The Off White community has helped to shape & nurture me in my continued growth & I want to pay that forward.
New & emerging businesses are encouraged to apply for one of our five $200 scholarships good toward participating in our upcoming event, The Wedding Show.

SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION
Once this form is submitted, you will be redirected to pay your application fee. Applications will not be considered until application fee has been paid.
Due to the curated nature of our event and the limited availability within each vendor category, those wishing to feature multiple businesses and/or various service offerings within a business must submit an application for each caveat. For example, a company offering both photo & video services would need to apply for both categories if they wish to feature & promote each category at the show. Otherwise, booth setup would be restricted to feature the category of acceptance.

Join us as a Swag Bag Sponsor ($200) and enjoy the opportunity to have your marketing materials provided to our attendees. Also, you’ll receive two complimentary tickets to the event and have access to the guest list following the show .
