I’m Heather, the photographer behind Shadow + Fern Photo. I document weddings for couples who care more about how the day feels than how it looks on paper. My approach is calm, intentional, and rooted in letting people be themselves—no stiff posing, no forced moments, no performing for the camera.
I specialize in elopements and micro-weddings throughout St. Louis and Missouri wine country, where smaller guest lists make room for presence, creativity, and breathing.
