Meg Smidt is a confetti-throwing life and business coach, mother, sister, devoted friend and love-spreader. She is super passionate about helping driven and compassionate creatives create balanced, joy-filled, intentional lives that they love (and that love them back). Her professional background includes 15 years in luxury retail management and buying before becoming a professional coach 13 years ago. She currently spends her days as a full-time coach, strategizing with and encouraging amazing go-getters all over the world to be their very best. Coach Meg lives in St Louis, MO. with her husband Craig and their silly, deaf great dane Luna. She is mom to five adult kids and “Lolli” to two sweet grand babies. Meg loves shopping + adventuring local and has a super fun shop called Less Bitter More Glitter.
