Unlike others, THE WEDDING SHOW is a curated event aimed to create an intimate experience for both couples & vendors alike. To ensure this vibe, we accept a limited number of vendors per category. Selections are made based on diversity, unique products & services, and price range all while considering overall capacity within the hosting venue space. Applicants not chosen for the event are encouraged to participate via the Swag Bag Sponsorship.

Due to the curated nature of our event and the limited availability within each vendor category, those wishing to feature multiple businesses and/or various service offerings within a business must submit an application for each caveat. For example, a company offering both photo & video services would need to apply for both categories if they wish to feature & promote each category at the show. Otherwise, booth setup would be restricted to feature the category of acceptance.
